Sofia's hidden gem 🌟
The location's just epic, so close to everything! Digging that contactless check-in. Was like I was in a sci-fi movie, no waiting in line. Also loved the chill co-working space-perfect for some downtime and free coffee always a win!
Only downside was my initial room felt a bit cramped, but they sorted me out sharp-sharp!

Location was great for me, breakfeast was good and the hotel was very clean.
Room was very small with no proper window and I would not like to stay in that room for a week. I was there on business for two nights and only used the room for sleeping.

The really good thing about this hotel is its location! Step outside and your in the middle of all the streets for shopping etc!
there was no window in our room and thats ok if air conditioning is working properly. Also the fact that tea and coffee were not complimentary in your room, but had to be paid for

Staff very welcoming and polite and they spoke excellent english. Very helpful on arrival and on helping us with luggage etc. Very helpful in booking taxis to airport, althougfh unfortunately they did not turn up the next day! It was fine, there were cabs on the street they hailed for us instead.
No transparent windows in bedroom, probably related to air conditioning efficiency, but we could not tell what the weather or the view was like! The ordered taxis did not arrive, but they hailed us two cabs. Unfortunately one of them overcharged us for the trip to the airport (20 lev vs the 13 lev it should have been) which was disappointing. Cab no. 91119 just in case!

The staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and suited my travel expectations for the price I paid. The location was perfect for my needs of walking around to look at the city and access the museums and see the architecture of Sofia. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back to the hotel.
The wi-fi did not always work and the breakfast was a bit hit and miss as to the quality of what was available. On the first day I was ale to order what I wanted and the food was brought straight to my table. On the second day it was the buffet which was ok but the food had been sitting out for a while.

Spotless and silent room with free Wi-Fi was all we needed. The decent staff provided all the necessary info. The service was VERY GOOD as we had expected.
